  5. How else can nexFIT help me stay in shape?
Here are creative ways to stay motivated and incorporate nexFIT into your daily routine:
    1. Interval Training: Perform a series of nexFIT exercises alternately with a cross-training exercise (e.g., lap around the track, nexFIT exercise, lap around the track, nexFIT exercise, and so on).
    2. Coffee Break: Take a quick break from the desk and rattle off 2 or 3 nexFIT exercises. You'll feel reinvigorated and there's no need to change into workout clothes. Best of all, over the course of a week you'll have done a complete bonus workout.
    3. 8 Before Bed: Were you so busy you had to forgo your workout today? Motivate and do 8 nexFIT exercises before you hit the sack. In less than 10 minutes you'll shake off the day's stress and put those feelings of guilt to rest as well.
    4. Group Training: Are you a teacher, manager, coach, or anyone else who oversees a group activity? Mix things up by leading them through a short nexFIT workout of 10 slides or so and get your folks motivated.
    5. Workout Reminder: nexFIT lives on your mobile and you live by your mobile. Use your calendar feature to schedule workouts during the week - when the alarm sounds you already have your workout right at hand.
    6. Ideas of your own: Do you have other creative ways that you incorporate nexFIT into your life? Please share them with us and we'll make you famous.
  6. How do I determine the model of my mobile?
Most devices will have a manufacturer name or logo and a model number on the external casing, but these days they're getting smaller and harder to find. If you don't see it there, try these other options:
    1. Look at your screen immediately after you turn it on. Often times the information will be provided there as it powers up.
    2. Look on the back of your mobile or nearby where the device serial number is located (sometimes it's beneath the battery cover and/or battery).
    3. If it's a mobile phone you have, you should be able to get this information from your service provider by calling their customer service number or accessing your phone service account online.
    4. Check on the packaging and/or user manual for information on your device.
  7. What is a Card (Verification) Code?
A Card Verification Code, or CVC, is a number that provides extra security to credit and debit card holders, in case an unauthorized person gets a hold of your account number. CVCs are one way to make sure someone has the actual card in his or her possession.
The CVC on American Express cards is four digits, and is located on the front of the card, on the right side. Discover, MasterCard, and Visa use three-digit CVCs, which are listed on the back of the card. The CVC is the last three digits of the number that appears on your signature bar.
