7 Ways to Simplify Your Fitness Routine

Keeping fitness simple is one of the best ways to make sure that you stay active and healthy in the long term. Remember, consistency is one of the most important aspects in achieving your fitness goals so use these tips below to create a fitness program that helps you stay on track.

  1. Exercise at home. Home is where you live your life so it's the ultimate in convenience when it comes to a workout setting. You don't have to drive anywhere or worry about having stylish fitness gear. Plus, if the weather is nice, you can easily go to a nearby park, track, or field for more variety.

  2. Exercise at work. Outside of home, your workplace is where you likely spend most of your time so it's a great place to get in some exercise. If you're feeling tired or need an escape, 10-minutes of simple exercise can be a much healthier alternative to taking a coffee break or heading out for a big lunch.
